Third Annual Fair at Lamar Show Draws Large Attendance
The third annual fair of the Prowers County Association in Lamar featured two world records in racing, a grand display of art, crops, and livestock, and a celebrated program. Attendance grew especially on day two as weather stayed favorable, while spectators enjoyed dancing, vaudeville, moving pictures, and a robust poultry and bee exhibit.
