School Notes and Activities At Lamar School
The Lamar School reports a growing attendance and crowded lower rooms while preparing pupils for literary work this week. Miss Gertrude Lamper, a Lamar graduate, enters the State University freshman class. third year pupils have afternoon home time due to the 8:15 to 9 a.m. chemistry recitation. Week ending Sept 29 roll of honor lists many pupils in 4th and 5th grades. The Lamar Circle of King’s Daughters will meet October 10 at 2 p.m. at Miss Lottie Crawford’s residence.
