Movement this week near Granada and Lamar

The Lamar Register reports families moving to the Granada area and nearby. Theo Dickinson and wife returned to Canon City, while Barney Gow and Clark Walker join a hunting trip toward New Mexico. Undertakers Marker and Maxwell prepared the body of Mrs John D McCready for shipment. Mace Palmer plans a two story business house on Marin street using old Swift bakery materials. Mrs John D McCready Jr died after several weeks of typhoid fever leaving seven children. Funeral services were held in the M E Church and the remains go to Knoxville Iowa for burial.
