Notice states Lane Orvier of Lamar Colorado has filed for final proof to support his land claim. Proof will be before the local register in Lamar on May 16 1892. Henry W Keen has filed notice of intent to make final proof on timber culture application No 1138. Proof will be before the Register or Receiver at Lamar Colorado on May 30 1892 for the northeast quarter of section 23 township 22 south range 39 west. Also notice of foreclosure sale of Lot 3 in Block 10 Lamar due to nonpayment on a deed of trust from Mary R Myler to George H Hobson, trustee, with sale set for May 21 1892 at 2 pm at the County Clerk's office Lamar Colorado.

District and state nominations will occur in Colorado Springs on September 6 and Pueblo on September 8.
