May Valley News From A Week Of Water And Death
A somber report shows four days of water this week in May Valley. The community learned this morning of the death of Miss Lulu Pearl. A Sunday school was organized last Sunday with W. R. Waldo as superintendent, Kate Wells as secretary, and Minnie Lay as treasurer. A. J. Pead, newly married, begins building a large stone dwelling. Stewart and Manville leave the contract, guaranteeing the structure will be erected.
