Don't Like Judge Northcutt Takes Bench
Judge J Northcutt of Trinidad yesterday took the bench at the West side court. A panic swept the county jail as prisoners fell ill and some became violently insane. Several inmates attempted to use political contacts to delay their trials. The judge is feared by lawbreakers for his uncompromising stance.
