Sheriff Sale Notice for Property in Lamar Colorado
A writ of execution directs sale of the defendant Martin Gra ts property in Prowers County Colorado. The sheriff will offer the south half of the southwest quarter and southeast quarter of section 30 and the north half of the northwest quarter of the same section with two water rights at the County Court House in Lamar to the highest bidder on a Wednesday date in February. The National Bank of Lamar holds a damages claim of 734.36 plus 8.85 costs. Sheriff John Q. Higkmass presides with first publication January 18 and last February 8.
