Henry J Aldrich as trustee will sell on February 12 1890 at 10 oclock at the Tremont door of the Denver court house to satisfy ten promissory notes of two dollars each plus interest and costs. The sale follows a deed of trust dated August 28 1889 securing the notes due March 1 and September 1 1889 with a first deed of trust for $200 due September 1 1890. Proceeds go to pay notes interest advances and costs.
Notice is given that James Stephenson has filed for final proof to support his land claim H KE 2sv7 for the southeast quarter section 25 township 21 south range 47 west. Proof will be before J. W. Metcalf at Lamar February 15 1890 with witnesses Henry S. Adams A J. Peed Ira Swadiey and John O. Stream all of Lamar Colorado. At the same time Henry S. Adams files for another claim S 1 2 NW 1 4 Section 2 Township 21S Range 46 W and names James Stephenson Ira Swadiey John O. Stream all of Lamar Colorado as witnesses.
