Melon Growers Meeting in Lamar to Discuss Next Season
Lamar Melon Growers Association will meet Thursday February 22 1900 at 2 p m at the Lamar courthouse to consider contracts for next season’s melon crop. J B Traxler president C B Thoman secretary invite all. Special stock train runs Sundays and Wednesdays starting February 18 from La Junta to Kansas City in about 21 or 22 hours. An owner can claim a left hand glove at the office.
