Public notice announces trustee Charles W Aldrach will sell the John Craft mortgage property in Prowers County Colorado on March 1 1892 at 10 am at the north Tremont Street door Denver to satisfy the debt secured by the May 1 1889 promissory note plus interest and costs. The notice names The Kansas Loan and Trust Company as original trustee and E M Shelden as note holder.
The lower Arkansas valley farmers institute held in Lamar featured Gov. Routt messages, keynote by C. C. Goodale, and a packed program with sessions on irrigation, wheat, beekeeping and poultry. Officers were elected, and a grand banquet for 600 marked a brilliant conclusion to the first Arkansas Valley institute.
