Notice declares a trust sale of Lots 1 2 and east half of NW 7 7 in T22 S R46 W by trustee John A Clough or successor C O Atkins. It secures two notes 200 and 1500 dollars with 7 percent interest due 1890s. default on 1500 note prompts sale January 17 at 1 2 o'clock p m at the county courthouse for full payment plus costs.
Public notice announces a trustee sale due to default on promissory notes by Isaac A Feast and Petelia Feast secured by a trust deed. The sale by G W E Griffith as trustee will occur at the Denver courthouse front door between 10 and 11 am on January 9, 194. The premises include the NE quarter of section 29, township 23 south range 43 west, containing 1 acre with irrigation and water rights. The deed of trust and all redemption rights are described as belonging to the Feasts or their heirs.
Lanp Office Lamar Colorado announces Marsena J. McMillen has filed final proof for his claim H B 917 on lands in section 14 and 35 township 22 range 43. Proof will be made before the Receiver at Lamar January 6 1894 with witnesses J A McDowell C H Fr barger James Graham of Carlton Colo A B Stewart of Lamar.
William Darsie, E 727, Southwest section 5, township 3 south, range 46 west, filed for final proof before the Lamar Colorado receiver on January 15, 1905. He names witnesses J C Ford James D Durkie Mrs Elizabeth Henderson and J S Henderson all of Colorado for residence and cultivation of the claim land.
