Lamar Area Offers Silk Skirts and Carper Deals at the Fair

Water Sprinkling Rules Enforced In Two Districts

Notice details ordinance based watering limits to one fourth inch discharge and required nozzle on hoses. Beginning May 1 1899 city divides into two districts east and west of Main Street with set watering days and hours 2 PM to 7 PM no water Sundays. Offenders face shutoff and fines by council order signed H. P. Syp cleris April 25 1899.
