The old council met Monday to wind up the year then adjourned sine die. The new council organized with Mayor Holmes present and formed committees on Streets, Water, Public Buildings, Fire Apparatus, License, Irrigation, and Sanitation. Officers elected include Mayor pro tem Conwell, Clerk Lynch, Treasurer Mrs Stewart, Marshal Downing, Sexton Coxhead, Engineer Vetter, Attorney Nowels, Police Judge Blodgett.
