The Third Laguna Hills Mutual community services department reports 284 resales through September 2012, up from 245 in 2011, with total sales volume at 74.91 million versus 63.28 million, and an average resale price of 258,256 compared to 259,599 a year earlier. Leases show 3 month, 6 month, 12 month totals in effect through September 2012, with 1,668 leases active this year versus 1,533 last year.
