Laguna Woods Seniors Eligible for Next Energy Upgrade Phase
Laguna Woods announces Phase X funding under the CDBG program for residential energy efficiency. Eligible residents aged 60 plus must meet HUD income limits and have not previously received funds. Applications open now at City Hall through Oct 31 2012 with up to 2500 in improvements at no cost.
