Dry rot and storm drain repair costs rise for Third Mutual
The Third Mutual board votes unanimously to spend over 659,000 more on dry rot and storm drain projects. Additional 484,446 for dry rot and 165,050 for storm drains are needed. Twenty buildings completed beam work, while six more await funding. 2012 repairs to beams at buildings 4007 4010 4011 exceeded budget by 242,556. Storm drain project 221 stems from a 2010 flood with bids exceeding estimates. 165,050 from Disaster Fund proposed to join 165,500 initial funds.
