Skateboard art auction aids surfer's eye research in San Clemente
In San Clemente on a Saturday night, eight noted skaters and artists turned a split skateboard into themed art pieces to raise funds for pterygium research. Proceeds go to Griffin Optometric Group to aid surfers and skaters with pterygium and pinguecula and to educate on eye protection.
