United Mutual board reshaped after resignations at meeting
Five directors resigned from United Mutual in a Tuesday meeting prompting emergency action to appoint Phil Doran as president and appoint new officers. New officers Jack Bassler first vice president Barbara Howard second vice president Pat English treasurer and Jerren Auble secretary. remaining directors criticized year round leasing and ethics concerns. The five resignations followed statements from Roger Turner Mary Stone Catherine Brians Charles Hammer and John Dalis before Dalis said he would move to Mutual 50 Towers. Dalis thanked supporters and said he was ending his three year board term. Board minutes indicate ratification to occur at next session.
