GRF Recreates Clubhouse Two Renovation Ad Hoc Committee
The Golden Rain Foundation voted 5-0-1 to reestablish the Clubhouse Two Renovation Ad Hoc Committee with Mary Stone, Margaret Klein and Richard Palmer as representatives. Plans push to replace the 50 year old building as part of the Recreation Master Plan, scrapped earlier by the board. The committee will follow the prior charter, and a Corporate Members Meeting is set for July 16 to vote on GRF Directors replacement. An outside firm will oversee balloting. The board also denied the Community Activities Committee archery proposal at Clubhouse One Mini Gym due to liability and cost concerns.
