Newcomer Elected to GRF Board in Laguna Woods
Richard Johnston won the Golden Rain Foundation board seat from Corporate Members on January 21, replacing Carol Moore who left to join Laguna Woods City Council. Johnston led with 7,896 weighted votes, followed by James Thorpe with 1,272 and Frederic Sherman with 636. His term runs through November 2016 and marks his first village board service.
