Evicted tenant damages Moulton Parkway suite. multiple incidents reported
Blotter records show a former tenant caused about 15000 in damage at a vacated Moulton Parkway business, with hammer strikes to drywall and interior doors found on Dec 17. Other notes include a hit and run, vandalism, a Christmas light issue, a burglary in process, fraud suspicions, a suspicious delivery watch, a contractor conflict, a suspicious vehicle, and a traffic accident with injuries reported December 15 to 18 in various OC locations.
