Decal rules set for Laguna Woods resident vehicles
Laguna Woods residents will face mandatory vehicle decals and overnight guest parking permits after a Dec 6 Golden Rain Foundation board vote. Decal display will prove authorization to park, with security able to identify unpermitted vehicles. Some residents voiced concern over last minute guest stays and traffic policing. The board also reviewed bid procedures for a $15,400 dining room upgrade at Clubhouse 2, sending the matter back to committee.
