Local resident wins viewer’s choice in coastal photography contest

Joel Goldstein, a lifelong photographer, claimed one of two top prizes in the 14th Annual California Ocean and Coastal Amateur Photography Contest sponsored by the California Coastal Commission. His winning image from Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park captures MecWay Falls as it meets the ocean during a Route 1 tour with his wife.
