Marijuana Plants Busted In Laguna Beach Apartment
Narcotic detectives found 81 marijuana plants valued at 162000 dollars in a flood-damaged apartment in the 200 block of St. Tropez. The renter, Joseph Uribe, 22, consented to a full search. Hydroponic setup with water and lights produced the plants, some 2 to 22 months old, and a separate 7000 to 10000 dollars in cultivation gear was seized.
