Families seek damages after Laguna Canyon crash fatalities
Families of Armando Garcia-Gonzalez and Alberto Casique-Salinas filed claims with Caltrans Orange County Laguna Beach County Water District Laguna Beach Laguna Hills and Irvine after their car collided with a veering Tesla on La guna Canyon Road in April. Claims allege failure to maintain landscaping near a merging lane. Both sides seek multi million dollar awards with lawsuits planned if claims are rejected. Police have not released a full report and the DA review continues.
