MOMS Club hosts fundraiser to aid Smile Train in odds
MOMS Club of Laguna Beach South Chapter raised over 8000 at a May tea titled Some thing to Smile About to support Smile Train. Michele Sinesky of Smile Train flew from New York with her husband to attend and discuss the charity’s work teaching doctors to repair cleft lips in poverty struck regions across 30 countries. The event drew about 100 attendees who enjoyed tea sandwiches and desserts, with a big prize also offered and 50 silent auction items donated by locals.
