Molestation charges dropped for Mission Viejo man
Graham Wilcox, 80, faced two counts of child molestation for alleged assaults on girls aged seven in Laguna Beach between 1973 and 1976. The charges were dismissed July 25 after a U S Supreme Court ruling limiting prosecutions on older sex offenses. Wilcox attended the hearing and expressed satisfaction with the resolution.
