Laguna Hills woman settles home music shop dispute
Laguna Hills resident Rebecca Apodaca owner of A D Music reaches a settlement with the city ending a three year dispute over code violations for her home based music business. She must confine the shop to one room by August 1 remove a garage wall by year end or obtain a permit to convert the space and relocate or redeploy her operation.
