Coastal Commission to discuss Headlands at Montage resort
Councilwoman Toni Iseman and fellow Coastal Commission members will continue their meeting at the Montage Resort through Friday. The Dana Point Headlands and Strands Beach, one of the last undeveloped coastal open spaces in Orange County, is scheduled for discussion today. The commission will address coastal development beach access and shoreline hazards.
