Recycled fashions spark Laguna Beach runway revival
The Festival Runway Fashion Show returned to the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts on Saturday. In its fourth year, the event awards cash prizes to artists who design the most imaginative found design using at least 80 percent reclaimed, reused, or recycled materials.
