California moves to fund marine mammal rescue centers
A bill seeks state reimbursements through UC Davis Wildlife Health Center to support California marine mammal stranding networks. It follows past NOAA funded efforts and would aid centers from San Diego to Santa Barbara, including Sea World San Diego and PMMC.
