Farm Home Destroyed by Fire near Ladysmith
J. J. Theesfield, living four miles southeast of Ladysmith, lost his farm home and contents Tuesday evening around seven o’clock when a blaze started in the attic from a defective chimney. The couple were milking at dusk and the fire spread rapidly before discovery. The loss was about $2,000 with only partial insurance.

Horse Injured by Motorcycle. Owner Paid $200
