Postmaster Manning outlines construction of a hollow tile two story office building on Mineral and West Third streets. The 32 by 46 foot main section includes two office suites, a central stair, a basement access, a rear 18 by 23 foot garage, and a second floor with two five room flats for the Mannings. Concrete reinforced floors and oyster shell stucco finish are planned with no woodwork in the basement.

The Taylor and Fleming revival campaign at the Methodist church drew big crowds all day last Sunday.
