War Industries Board lifts all building restrictions

Prisoner in Germany Reported Wounded Bolles Family

Women Prove Adept At Deer Hunting In Rusk County
In Rusk County, a small group of women hunters outpaced local men this year with several deer taken. Ethel Spiegelberg killed a large doe with her father F W Spiegelberg, Dona Moreau bagged a fine buck west of Ingram, and other ladies in the area also brought down deer. Mr Moreau accompanied by his wife returned with their game, joined by Francis and his wife of Canton, who each secured deer, and C J Lamphier of Ingram claimed a harvest nearby.

Death of Arthur John Anderson in local hospital
Arthur John Anderson died at St Marys hospital Friday November 29 at 2 15 pm from influenza pneumonia and tuberculosis. He was born March 10 1890 in St Paul Minnesota and leaves three sisters and three brothers. Burial was in Glen Flora cemetery with Rev John Tirrell leading the service. He had lived in Ladysmith and Glen Flora for years and had many friends in both places. Alfred Gerard of Odanah attended the funeral and Mrs Bellgard left for Rockford Illinois.
