Mrs. Musser Fatally Burned in Glen Flora Accident
Mrs. FE C. Musser, 73, died at 5 PM after burns from an accident Monday evening at her daughter’s home in Glen Flora. A lamp spilled oil when a sash fell from an open window, clothes caught fire, extinguished by Fred True. Interment is planned in Barron. she was well known in Ladysmith.

Rusk County Normal School Opens September 9 1907
The Rusk County Normal School will begin its first annual session at the court house on Monday September 9 1907. When the Carnegie Library is completed the school will be housed there. The program is free for those who wish to train as teachers and have the required preliminary education. Young men and women seeking to become good teachers quickly and cheaply are invited to participate.
