Death on a hand car bridge rocks Wisconsin town
Herman T Huth a Norfolk Ohio laborer died after falling from a Wisconsin Central hand car on the Thornapple river bridge while intoxicated. Fellow workers Bauer and Trombly were arrested and testified as the coroner's inquest found death due to his own carelessness. Huth, a Spanish American War veteran, was buried after a telegraphers strike prevented family contact.
