In Moscow Idaho on September 18 sheriff W Robbins with Jesse Halley a 10 year old boy shown a John Doe warrant. Halley was to point out the man who allegedly harmed him. The plan backfired as minutes later Robbins returned to the courthouse arresting his own brother John Robbins.
