Trains Shift Westward on Harriman Mainline Timetable
Official timetable shows more trains running west than east on the Harriman system from Green River to Portland. Fast mail No 11 will carry west mail from Green River to Portland with No 10 handling its usual passengers plus the mail. No 12 is annulled and new No 1 and No 2 operate Portland to Pendleton.

Night dispatch rider injured after wagon wheel breaks
Roy Corbett, night call boy for the dispatchers, suffered a painful accident last night when his wheel’s handle bar broke at speed, leaving him semi conscious. David Stoddard found him and rushed him to medical aid. Dr. M. K. Hall says the fall will keep him from work briefly.
