The 50 cent case supposedly contains enough dose to cure most dyspepsia.

Notice to all concerned that Mary C. Hulse executrix of Marquis L. Hulse deceased has filed her final account in the Union County Oregon County Court. The court sets October 4, 1909 at 2 PM for hearing the account and any objections.

La Grande defeated Enterprise 16 to 0 on Lincoln playground as the locals capitalized on strong line play and end runs. Key scores came from Williamson, Irwin, and Hamilton with solid work by the backfield and line, while Enterprise managed one forward pass and held the locals to a six six halftime tie.
