Portland shopman crushed dies in railway yards
J K Whipple, 66, employed by the Oregon & Northwestern railroad, was killed at Albina Shops after being crushed between locomotives while at work. He died yesterday afternoon at St Vincent's Hospital. He leaves a wife and family at 039 Rodney Avenue. Funeral arrangements will be announced.
