Hough Declared Insane by Local Board
John Hough, longtime justice of the peace and resident, was declared insane this afternoon by the examining board led by County Judge Henry and Dr. Molitor and ordered committed to the asylum. An attendant was telegraphed for and expected tomorrow. He has been in Grande Ronde hospital for some time and suffers from paresis, a general brain decline.
