Notice of Street Improvement in La Grande Oregon

Notice to owners and interested parties that the La Grande Oregon common council in 1909 created Improvement District No 7 designating Monroe Avenue for cement walks five feet wide. The council on 1911-04-12 declared its intention to improve the described portion of Monroe Avenue within the district and will order construction ten days after service of this notice.
