City renames numerous La Grande streets in ordinance
Ordinance 375 Series 1008 changes street names across La Grande Oregon. Streets including P Tyler Pine N B, and many in Williamson's Add are recast to East Pennsylvania Cove Avenue Q Avenue FR Avenue and others. The measure also standardizes north south streets as North and east west as avenues with an emergency clause taking effect after mayoral approval and publication.
