County Treasurer John Frawley and his bondsmen agreed to reimburse the county for losses from the Farmers & Traders Bank failure. Cash of 2000 and rest in installments within a year will cover about 11,000 of the 21,000 on deposit after a 4 percent dividend. The court called the settlement satisfactory and noted the county will bear mainly interest under 300.
