Notice of Elm Street Improvement District No 20
The city council of La Grande Oregon adopted a resolution on February 9 1910 creating Improvement District No 20 and designating Elm street for paving. Ten days after service to affected property owners the district will proceed with bitulithic pavement from the north line of Washington avenue to the south curb line of Jefferson avenue including parcels in east half of blocks 106 113 and west half of blocks 107 112 in Chaplin's addition.
