Notice of Street Improvement Districts in La Grande
The City of La Grande Oregon announces creation of Improvement Districts No 1 2 and 3 on Willow Street and adjacent avenues with sewer construction planned. Ten day property notice will precede a July 13 1910 council meeting to set costs and levy assessments totaling 74346 05. The hearing will allow any aggrieved party to speak.
