In the County Court of Union County Oregon a citation to AWA Newbert and heirs directs appearance on July 6 1908 in La Grande to show cause why the administrator should not be authorized to sell properties in Chaplin's addition and related lots in Union County Oregon as part of the decedent's estate. The notice bears Judge J C Henry's seal and is dated June 3 1906 with clerk J B Gilham.
Treasury Department announces a sealed bid sale for a suitable site in La Grande Oregon to build a federal building. Proposals due 2 pm July 24 1908 must include price foundations proximity to utilities diagrams and land details with city ownership and sidewalk notes.
