Mr. and Mrs. George Hunter of Medford Minnesota arrived in La Grande after a 11 day hold in Montana. They stayed with Mr. and Mrs. B A Benham and toured the valley including the Alice district Cove and Elgin before breakfast and the train. They plan a return to La Grande after a week in Plus‑Wallowa County with their daughter Mrs. Walter Curtis and may decide to relocate.
