Two city churches held Children's Day events yesterday. The Presbyterian Sunday School presented its best program in years drawing a large audience, with florally decorated church interiors and an engaging program. At the Methodist church, Sunday School children entertained parents with a flower drill, recitations, songs, a brief superintendent address, and a talk by Presiding Elder Gillilan. Yellow roses and locust blossoms adorned the rostrum, giving the church a fragrant atmosphere.
