Governor of Idaho welcomes Col W H Moore and other national road officials passing through en route to the fifth National Good Roads Convention. Boise City will host a two day Good Roads Convention June 9 and 10 with delegates appointed by counties and towns. Idaho aims to send about thirty delegates to Portland for the June 22 to 24 event, as the state expands road funding and development toward faster improvement.
